SAN ANTONIO, TX – Master Sgt. Randolph Scott Joyner, 61, of San Antonio, TX, a native of Northampton County, died Saturday, February 9, 2013. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, February 18, 2013 at Zoar Missionary Baptist Church, Pendleton. Burial, with full military honors, will follow in the Flythe Family Cemetery, Galatia. Faison’s Funeral Home, Seaboard, is handling the arrangements.
