WINDSOR – Ulysses Parker, 75, of Cooper Hill Road, Windsor, died Friday, February 8, 2013 at Vidant Medical Center, Greenville. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, February 15, 2013 at Sandy Point Missionary Baptist Church, Windsor. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Gilliam Funeral Home, Windsor, is handling the arrangements.
