SEABOARD – James Balmer Jr., 41, of Seaboard died Monday, January 7, 2013 at Halifax Regional Medical Center, Roanoke Rapids. Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday, January 12, 2013 at Piney Grove Missionary Baptist Church, Jackson. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Faison’s Funeral Home, Seaboard, is handling the arrangements.
