ROCKY MOUNT – Patrick O’Kelly Garris, 83, of Rocky Mount, formerly of Rich Square, died Tuesday, December 18, 2012 at Vidant Roanoke-Chowan Hospital, Ahoskie. Funeral services were held on Friday, December 21, 2012 at the chapel of Wilder’s Funeral Home, Rich Square, who handled the arrangements. Burial was in the New Willow Oak Church Cemetery, Rich Square.
