SILVER SPRINGS, MD – Rufus Darrell Baker, 80, of Silver Springs, MD, a native of Bertie County, died Wednesday, October 3, 2012 at Holy Cross Hospital, Silver Springs. Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday October 13, 2012 at Montgomery Hills Baptist Church, Silver Springs, MD.  A private burial was held Saturday October 6, 2012 at Hillcrest Cemetery, Colerain. Walker Funeral Home, Windsor, handled the arrangements.
