Atlantic District Fair canceled

AHOSKIE — As a result of renovations at the Atlantic District Fairgrounds, the ADF President and Board of Directors have decided to cancel fair activities for this year (the event is traditionally held in late September or early October).Delaware

ADF officials said this year will instead be used to upgrade and complete the necessary requirements to improve the historic fairgrounds.

 

“We anticipate renewing the fair activities in 2013,” stated James Peele, who serves as ADF President.
